Getting Started

Complete these steps before the first day of the workshop. If you run into any issues, email rc-help@Colorado.EDU.

1. Account & Access

   Request an Alpine HPC account and verify you can log in.

2. Environment Setup

   Install QIIME2 in your projects directory and create your working directory.

3. Workshop Data

   Overview of the dataset, metadata columns, and file organization.
